Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 447. Statistics (Adm. Code § 1707)

The Department of Agriculture shall have the power, and its duty shall be, to collect, tabulate, and transmit to the Department of Property and Supplies  1 for publication, monthly crop and live stock reports, and such other reports or bulletins, from time to time, pertaining to the agricultural industries and interests of the State as may be deemed advisable.
