The Department of Property and Supplies 1 may enter into an agreement with such Federal agency providing for the reimbursement of the Department of Property and Supplies for any costs incurred and services rendered by it in acting as purchasing agent as herein provided, including compensation of employes of the Department of Property and Supplies who shall be engaged in the activities of the department as purchasing agent. All moneys paid to the Department of Property and Supplies as such reimbursement shall be paid into the General Fund of the State Treasury, and are hereby expressly appropriated to the Department of Property and Supplies for the ordinary expenses of the administration of that department.
