Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 1704. Purchases upon order; procedure

Such purchases shall be made by the Department of Property and Supplies  1 upon written order of the authorized Federal officer, officers or agent, in such manner and under such procedure as may be agreed upon between such Federal agency and the Department of Property and Supplies, and, unless so required by such agreement, the Department of Property and Supplies shall not be bound to adhere to any procedure prescribed for the purchase of materials and supplies for State purposes.
