(a) Designation.--The South Office Building in the City of Harrisburg is designated as, and shall be referred to as, the Speaker K. Leroy Irvis Office Building.
(b) Use.--The use of the Speaker K. Leroy Irvis Office Building in the City of Harrisburg is hereby granted to the General Assembly. The Bi-Partisan Management Committee of the House of Representatives shall allocate and reallocate the space for such legislative and judicial purposes as it deems necessary. The space currently utilized by the Commonwealth Court shall become available for allocation by the committee upon the court's relocation to and occupation of space in the Pennsylvania Judicial Center.
