(a) In the event of the sale or lease of a manufactured home community, a manufactured home community owner shall provide written notice to the residents and tenants of the community and to the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency. The notice shall be sent within 30 days after any agreement of sale is signed. The notice shall be posted in the same conspicuous and readily accessible place in the manufactured home community where the community rules and regulations are posted, pursuant to section 4. 1
(b) Within 30 days of transfer of title to the community, the new owner shall notify the residents and tenants of the name of the new owner and contact information for either the new owner or new operator of the community. The notice shall be mailed to each resident and tenant and shall be posted immediately in the same conspicuous and readily accessible place in the manufactured home community where the community rules and regulations are posted, pursuant to section 4.
