Any person who holds a valid license, certificate or registration issued by the State Board of Medical Education and Licensure under the act of July 20, 1974 (P.L. 551, No. 190), 1 known as the Medical Practice Act of 1974, relating to the practice of medicine, prior to the effective date of this act shall, on and after the effective date hereof, be deemed licensed, certificated or registered by the State Board of Medicine as provided for in this act.
