Pennsylvania Statutes Title 63 P.S. Professions and Occupations (State Licensed) § 391.8. Persons without license and current renewal

Any person who does not have a license and current renewal and who operates a facility in this Commonwealth through which it engages in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs shall comply with the requirements of sections 6 and 7,  1 notwithstanding the person's failure to secure a license or a current renewal.
