Pennsylvania Statutes Title 63 P.S. Professions and Occupations (State Licensed) § 391.7. Additional requirements

The department may, by regulation, establish additional requirements for the distribution, storage and handling of prescription drugs and for the establishment and maintenance of prescription drug distribution records. The department may also, by regulation, modify the standards in section 6  1 if modification of those standards is necessary to satisfy minimum requirements contained in the United States Department of Health and Human Services regulations setting forth guidelines for state licensing of persons who engage in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs.
