Pennsylvania Statutes Title 62 P.S. Poor Persons and Public Welfare § 753. Penalty

Any person who knowingly violates any provision of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) or to undergo imprisonment for not more than thirty days or both.
