Pennsylvania Statutes Title 62 P.S. Poor Persons and Public Welfare § 405.1A. Special allowance limitations

Pursuant to section 403.1,  1 no later than January 1, 2012, the department shall further reduce annual and lifetime limits for the RESET program, including moving and transportation expenses, by up to twenty-five percent, or eliminate any special allowances from the program, as provided under 55 Pa. Code Ch. 165 (relating to road to economic self-sufficiency through employment and training (RESET) program).
