Pennsylvania Statutes Title 62 P.S. Poor Persons and Public Welfare § 3084. Use of funds

Funds appropriated pursuant to this act are to be used for the establishment of Project Independence, which involves demonstration job training projects for welfare recipients which meet the criteria listed in section 5.  1 Only private industry councils created pursuant to the Job Training Partnership Act (Public Law 97-300, 96 Stat. 1322)  2 may apply for funding under this act.
