Pennsylvania Statutes Title 62 P.S. Poor Persons and Public Welfare § 3070.5. Program operation and maintenance without license prohibited

Except for licensed long-term care service providers that fall within the provisions of section 3,  1 no individual, agency, partnership, association, organization or corporate entity may maintain, operate, conduct or hold itself out as a community adult respite services program provider without having a license issued by the department.
