Pennsylvania Statutes Title 62 P.S. Poor Persons and Public Welfare § 2802. Administration of program; rules and regulations; contracts

The Department of Community Affairs  1 shall administer this program and may provide rules and regulations necessary to administer the grants. Contracts between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, acting through the Department of Community Affairs and the community action agency receiving the grant, shall be executed, setting forth the amount and conditions of the grant and provide for the return of any unused portions thereof to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
