Pennsylvania Statutes Title 62 P.S. Poor Persons and Public Welfare § 1406-C. Funds

All money deposited into the fund shall be held for the purposes under this article, may not be considered a part of the General Fund and shall be used only to effectuate the purposes of this article as determined by the department. All interest earned from the investment or deposit of money accumulated in the fund shall be deposited in the fund for the same use.
