Pennsylvania Statutes Title 55 P.S. Navigation § 698.37. Transfers

All allocations, appropriations, equipment, files, records, contracts, agreements, obligations and other materials which are used, employed or expended in connection with the powers, duties or functions of the Port of Pittsburgh Commission under the act of December 19, 1990 (P.L. 827, No. 197),  1 known as the Port of Pittsburgh Commission Act, are hereby transferred to the Port of Pittsburgh Commission created by this act with the same force and effect as if the allocations and appropriations had been made to and said items had been the property of the Port of Pittsburgh Commission in the first instance and as if the contracts, agreements and obligations had been incurred or entered into by the Port of Pittsburgh Commission.
