Pennsylvania Statutes Title 55 P.S. Navigation § 411. Boats must have underwater exhaust or muffler

It shall be unlawful to operate any boat propelled by any type of internal combustion motor, unless such boat is equipped with an underwater exhaust, or with a muffler having at least two (2) baffle plates in same.
