Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 7198. Recovery for services rendered outside municipality

Any municipality may proceed to recover water rents or rates, lighting rates, power rates and sewer rates due and unpaid for service rendered beyond the municipal limits by the filing of municipal claims therefor against the real estate served in the same manner and with the same effect as such rents or rates are now recoverable within the municipal limits.
