Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 6926.1710. Reports

The task force shall prepare and submit quarterly reports of its findings and any recommendations to the Governor, the chairman of the Education Committee of the Senate and the chairman of the Education Committee of the House of Representatives.  The task force shall submit its final report to the Governor, each of the appointing officers specified in section 1703(b),   1 the chairman of the Education Committee of the Senate and the chairman of the Education Committee of the House of Representatives no later than one year following the organizational meeting of the task force.  In no case shall the recommendations of the task force be binding on the Governor, the General Assembly or the Commonwealth.
