Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 66539. Libraries

The board of supervisors may, in accordance with the act of June 14, 1961 (P.L. 324, No. 188), known as “The Library Code,”   1 appropriate moneys toward any nonprofit association or corporation which operates or conducts a library or contract with or make grants to counties or municipal corporations for the furnishing of library service to the township.
