Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 635. Penalty for violation of act

Any policeman or constable employed as a policeman as aforesaid violating any of the provisions of the several sections of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding fifty dollars and costs, or undergo imprisonment in the jail of the proper county not exceeding thirty days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
