Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 604. Appeals from decisions of Civil Service Board or Commission

All decisions of the civil service board or commission in any city shall be subject to appeal to the court of common pleas or the county court of the county in which the city is located.  The appeal may be taken, by any employe aggrieved thereby, at any time within thirty days after the decision has been entered of record.
