Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 58048. Appropriation of money to forestry organizations

The board of commissioners may appropriate money from the township treasury to a forest protection association cooperating in forest work with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources or to be expended in direct cooperation with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources in forest work.
