Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 5465. Memorial Day services

After the passage of this act the cities, boroughs and townships of this commonwealth are hereby authorized to appropriate moneys for the expenses of Memorial Day services, and to pay the same out of such moneys in their respective treasuries as are not otherwise appropriated, in the manner appropriations are now made and paid.
