Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 5422. Intergovernmental and interstate cooperation;  programs

Two or more municipalities may jointly cooperate, or any municipality may jointly cooperate with any municipality located in any other state, in the sponsorship, establishment, administration, maintenance and operation of social service programs for the poor, the disabled and the aging and for sites of established historical, architectural or esthetical value pursuant to the act of July 12, 1972 (P.L. 762, No. 180),  1 entitled “An act relating to intergovernmental cooperation.”
