Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 53360. Ordinance for taking

Whenever the municipal authorities desire to acquire, enter upon, take, use, and appropriate any such private property or lands, for any of such purposes, they shall declare such intention by an ordinance duly enacted.
