Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 4644. Certain closets prohibited

Pan, plunger or hopper closets will not be permitted in any building.  No range closet, either wet or dry, nor an evaporating system of closets, shall be constructed or allowed inside of any building.

A separate building, constructed especially for the purpose, must be provided in which such range closets shall be set.
