Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 4641. Brass cleanouts

Brass screw-caps for cleanouts must be extra heavy, not less than one-eighth of an inch thick.  The screw-cap must have a solid, square or hexagonal nut, not less than one inch high.  The body of clean-out ferrule must, at least, equal in weight and thickness the caulking-ferrule, for the same size pipe.
