Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 4000.1903. Repeals

(a) Absolute repeals.--The last sentence in section 201(b), section 201(f) through (l) and sections 202 and 203 of the act of July 7, 1980 (P.L. 380, No. 97),  1 known as the Solid Waste Management Act, are repealed.

(b) Inconsistent repeals.--

(1) Except as provided in section 501(b) of this act,  2 the first through fourth sentences of section 201(b) and section 201(c), (d) and (e) of the act of July 7, 1980 (P.L. 380, No. 97),  3 known as the Solid Waste Management Act, are repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with this act.

(2) All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with section 1505  4 are hereby repealed to the extent of the inconsistency.

(c) Effect of repealers.--All orders, permits, licenses, decisions and actions of the department under the repealed provisions of the Solid Waste Management Act, including technical or preliminary approvals of solid waste management plans, shall remain in effect unless and until modified, repealed, suspended, superseded or otherwise changed under the terms of this act and the regulations promulgated under this act.
