Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 30556. Custody of, and payments from, fund

All moneys and securities in the fund created by this act shall be placed in the custody of the city treasurer for safekeeping, and all payments from said fund on account of retirement allowances, shall be made only on requisition signed by the chairman and secretary of the board.
