Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 2876. Improvement bonds

In order to enable municipalities to erect and construct the works and improvements authorized by this act, if benefits are to be assessed against private property as herein provided, the municipality may issue improvement bonds based solely upon the assessment of benefits made or to be made by reason of such works and improvements, and imposing no municipal liability.
