As soon as the property is sold at the treasurer's sale, the purchaser shall pay to the treasurer the full amount of the successful bid. Before delivery of the deed, the treasurer shall require payment of other charges of the taxing bodies set forth in section 301. 1 Failure to pay these additional amounts within the 30 days following the treasurer's bill shall invalidate the sale, and the purchaser shall forfeit the minimum price already paid to the city.
