Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 25008. Stairways to lead directly to ground floors; location

All stairways in such tenement houses shall lead directly to the ground floor. The location and construction of all stairways shall be determined by the superintendent of the bureau of building inspection, so as to provide for the safety of the occupants of such tenement houses.
