A proper and sufficient quantity of two and one-half-inch hose fitted with the regulation couplings of the bureau of fire, and with nozzles attached thereto and with hose spanners at each outlet, shall always be kept attached to each hose attachment. There shall always be kept in readiness for immediate use on the stage at least four casks full of water and two buckets to each cask. Said casks and buckets shall be painted red.
