Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 24675. Rules for enforcement of act;  establishment of quarantine station

The director of the said department of public safety, in conjunction with the bureau hereby created, shall have, and is given full power and authority to establish and prescribe from time to time all necessary rules and regulations for enforcing the provisions of this act, and to establish and maintain such quarantine station or stations, within or without the limits of such city, as the public welfare may in their judgment demand.
