Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 24673. Rules for government of the quarantine or health of city

The said director of the department of public safety shall make such reasonable and general rules and regulations for the government of the quarantine or health of the city as he shall from time to time deem necessary, and the physician or officer in charge of any quarantine station or place, shall have power to enforce such regulations as may be necessary for the proper conduct and management thereof, and it shall be the duty of all persons in quarantine and all agents, officers, policemen or others employed by the said city in and about said quarantine stations or places, to carry out and obey the same.
