Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 24614. Penalty for failure or refusal to comply with order

In case the occupants, agent, or owners, or either of them, shall fail or refuse to comply with the terms of any such order, as herein provided for, within the time limited by such order as herein provided for, the person or persons so in default shall be subject to a fine or penalty as provided in section forty-two of the act of June twenty-sixth, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five, to which this is a supplement,  1 and, in case of default in payment of the fine imposed, may be committed to jail or workhouse, or other penal institution, as in said section of said act provided;  and the provisions of this section shall extend to any person or persons who shall occupy, or attempt to occupy, such premises contrary to the provisions of such order.
