Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 24587. Recovery of expense from owner or occupant of premises

Whenever any of said cities shall have incurred expense in enforcing any of the provisions of this act imposing duties upon persons or corporations, such city shall have the right to recover the same by action of assumpsit from the owner, owners or occupants of the premises or other persons or corporations failing or refusing to comply with, or execute the same.
