Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 24373. Leasing not an abandonment

The said leases or leasing under the authority of this act, or renewal or extensions thereof, shall not be taken or construed as a vacation or abandonment of said streets or highways, or parts thereof;  and the said streets or highways, or parts thereof, which may be leased, shall always continue and remain as public streets and highways, subject only to the temporary use thereof under the terms and conditions of said leases or leasing.
