Any city acquiring land thereunder may operate and maintain said municipal airdrome or aviation landing field jointly with any county within which such city is located, whenever said county under the authority of any law has the power to use county land or to acquire land for the purpose of maintaining an airdrome or aviation landing field, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the corporate authorities of the city and the county commissioners of the county.
