Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 2351. Authority to require and permit construction

That cities, boroughs, and incorporated towns are hereby authorized to require and permit sanitary sewers and sewer pipes to be laid and constructed outside the cartway and the curb lines thereof in any street or highway.
