Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 23170. Appropriations and expenditures

To facilitate the ends aforesaid such cities are further authorized to make appropriations and expenditures for the purpose of investigating and examining the condition of such rivers or streams or assisting therein, and to enter into contracts therefor with the respective other Federal State, and local authorities or public agencies vested with power to engage in such undertaking.
