Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 23140. To purchase land and levy special taxes for public parks

To purchase lands and premises for public parks, and to levy and collect such special taxes as may be necessary to pay for the same, and to make appropriations for the improvement thereof, and regulations for their government.
