Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 23110. To provide for sinking fund

To make provision for a sinking fund to pay at maturity the bonded indebtedness of the city, and to levy and collect taxes on all the taxable property in the city, in addition to all other taxes, for the purposes of paying the same, under and subject to the limitations and requirements of this act and of the Constitution and laws of this commonwealth.
