Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 16751. Fees for adjusting scales

All the requirements and provisions contained in the third section of the act of the 11th day of March, 1840,  1 fixing the fees for adjusting and sealing platform scales, be and the same is   2 hereby extended and applied to all beam or patent balances in the city and county of Philadelphia.

2  The word “is” should probably be “are.”
