Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 16724. Market companies to have pavement privileges

The several market companies in the city of Philadelphia shall have the same privileges upon the pavements in front of their market buildings, for exhibiting and disposing of produce, as is allowed by the city authorities to owners and tenants of other property for similar purposes.
