Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 16707. Duties of directors for Manayunk

The school directors elected for the borough of Manayunk, in the county of Philadelphia, are hereby authorized and empowered to perform all the duties heretofore performed by the trustees of the said Robeson school, in the said borough of Manayunk, under and subject, nevertheless, to the provisions of the act of assembly passed the thirteenth day of June, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six, entitled “An act to consolidate and amend the acts relative to a general system of education by common schools,”   1 and the supplements thereto.
