Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 16702. Establishment of kindergartens

The said controllers   1 are hereby authorized, whenever they shall think proper, to establish schools for the instruction of children under five years of age, and the moneys expended in the establishment and support of these schools shall be provided for and paid in the same manner as is now, or shall hereafter be directed by law, with respect to the other public schools in said district.
