Any person who shall violate any of said rules and regulations, and any others which shall be ordained by the said park commissioners, for the government of said park, not inconsistent with this act, or the laws and constitutions of this state and the United States--the power to ordain which rules and regulations is hereby expressly given to said commissioners--shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall pay such fine as may be prescribed by said park commissioners, not to exceed five dollars for each and every violation thereof, to be recovered before any alderman 1 of said city, as debts of that amount are recoverable, which fines shall be paid into the city treasury.
