Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 16512. Exclusion of property not yet paid for

The Fairmount park commissioners shall have the power to exclude parts or the whole of any property within the boundaries of said park, not yet paid for, which they may think likely to cost the city of Philadelphia more than its advantage to the public as part of the park:  Provided, This act shall not invalidate any existing legal rights.
