Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 P.S. Municipal and Quasi-Municipal Corporations § 16498. Solicitor

There shall be appointed by the commissioners of Fairmount park, a solicitor, whose duty it shall be under their direction to attend to the assessment of damages, and to such other business of a legal nature connected with the park as the commissioners may require;  he shall receive during the present year and hereafter, until otherwise ordered by councils, the same compensation as is now provided for the assistant solicitor named in the said twenty-eighth section.  1
